What Is The Difference Between Conventional Steel Construction And PEB steel Construction?

No site fabrication or welding is involved which results in significant savings in construction time and superior quality when compared to conventional steel construction.Site erection is fast and simple as all the building components are fixed through nut and bolt connection as per the erection drawings. The PEB system is highly efficient in design due to synergy between building components. Primary members are made of tapered, built-up sections and secondary members from cold- rolled sections made of high-strength steel. High- strength steel is used. All structural elements are fully optimized by the proprietary computerized design program and hence there is a significant reduction in dead load reactions to the foundations.

What can be the maximum/minimum clear span of buildings?

We can get up to 30-45 meter clear span buildings and there in no limit to minimum size of the shade. We can provide a building of any size, from a small car park shed to a massive industrial complex comprising thousands of square meters of covered area.

What is the minimum thickness of your main steel members?

Shall be as per prevalent regulation where the project is built.

How Secure Is The Framing?

Steel framed buildings are fastened together with bolts and nuts. The connections remain secure because there is very little movement in the frame. Nailed together connections in traditional construction become loose due to shrinkage and warping of the wooden frame. Steel does not warp, shrink, or change with time, so the connections remain secure.

Are PEB systems suitable for Indian weather conditions?

Yes, PEB Systems have supplied buildings for a range of weather conditions including snow, high temperatures, high humidity, proximity to sea, heavy rainfall, cyclone, wind speeds, seismic loads, etc. based on the ambient conditions at the site and application of building.

Is It Possible To Have Concrete Slabs For Different Floors And How Is The Slab Laid Above The Steel Structure?

Yes. We provides steel deck over steel floor framing to receive cast in site slab. The steel deck acts as a shuttering to support the wet concrete. The slab should be reinforced and designed for the total floor load.

Can We Dismantle PEB Building And Rebuild The Same At Another Place? What Will Be The Cost Associated With It ?

Yes. Since the building is site assembled by bolting, it is possible to dismantle and rebuild at a new location. The cost-benefits have to be worked out on a case by case basis, which would depend on size, complexity and distance to new location.

How Long Does It Take To Get A Metal Building After The Order Is Placed?

It usually takes from 6 – 10 weeks for delivery after the purchase order is signed. Our sales team will provide an estimated delivery date upon order signing and finalize the delivery date once the job enters fabrication.

What If I Want To Make Changes To My Building After I Order It?

You may make modifications to your building anytime up until fabrication begins. A change order may incur a fee and/or delay fabrication. This depends upon how extensive the changes are and in what stage of production the change request is made.

Will You Provide Design Details Before Supplying / Erecting Your Structures?

Yes. We will submit detailed design calculations and approval drawings to client for approval prior to fabrication of the building. All comments received from client on the approval drawings are incorporated in the final erection drawings and in fabrication.

I Don't See Any Prices Listed On Your Site. How Can I Get Pricing Information?

Please use the Contact option on this site and we shall get back to you via email/phone and we will be glad to help you with all your requirements.

Are your connections site bolted or welded?

All field connections are bolted. There is absolutely no site welding required. This is one of the major advantages with PEB systems, which considerably reduces the time for site erection.

What Sorts Of Details Of Erection Assistance Is Provided?
We provides detailed erection drawings, erection procedure manual and free technical assistance through a visit by a technical representative to the site during erection. We will recommend to the client the services of our certified builders who are trained to carry out the erection of buildings.
